“Respect the Nature, Love People and Repay the Society” is the long-term operation philosophy of Starlite. As the COVID-19 pandemic is getting under control in the city and in China as a whole, the Company again organized its employees to participate in the blood donation activity. On April 23, 2021, the Company launched its ninth blood donation activity, to which employees respond actively. A total of 71 employees attended this donation under the active participation of everybody, among which, 40 persons were qualified, with the total blood donated up to 11200 ml.
Blood donation does not only help other people but also saves blood for themselves and their family members. In addition, it can also reduce the blood viscosity and the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Recently, [Volunteer Kunshan] launched a points program for unpaid blood donors: a blood donation of 200ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 150 volunteer service points; a blood donation of 300ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 300 volunteer service points; a blood donation of 400ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 500 volunteer service points.
The fact that the Company management attaches importance to this donation and our employees actively participate gets the praises highly from the staff of Kunshan Blood Station. Blood donation is a social contribution activity and dedication of love is a virtue. We will continuously carry out this kind of activities and expect that more employees can participate in our blood donation activity next year.

The 2021 congratulatory ceremony was held on February 17. This year has a congratulatory ceremony slightly different from that of previous years. Our head office in Japan and Starlite Thailand participated in this new year's congratulatory ceremony, which is also a manifestation of One STARLITE. First of all, the board chairman delivered his new year congratulatory message to all the employees via video, in which, it was mentioned that 2021 is a year of moving fast in “new pace towards a new world and that of “re-venturing”. We, in a changed world pattern and economic environment, should seize opportunities, forge ahead boldly and lead STARLITE to the next stage.
In his speech at the congratulatory ceremony, the general manager said that in the face of fierce competition, all the colleagues should make concerted efforts to guide the STARLITE group as a whole advancing aggressively and taking new steps to meet new challenges. The 2020 employees year-end party of Starlite Plastic Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the hotel Crowne Plaza Kunshan on December 26, 2020. The board chairman sent his new year's wishes via video. he expressed his thanks for the achievements in 2020 in spite of facing the epidemic situation in the year. The general manager delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of this year-end meeting, thanking all employees for their efforts and achievements in 2020 - a difficult year. From November 3 to 6, 2020, the 23rd “FBC Shanghai 2020 Shanghai International Intelligent Processing and Industrial Parts Exhibition”, sponsored by Gongchangwang Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FNA), was successfully held at Shanghai New International Expo Center, with approximately 153 enterprises attended and more than 27,000 people visited.
This is the second time that FBC was held concurrently with the “Asian International Power Transmission and Control Technology Exhibition (PTC ASIA2020)” that is influential in the industries such as machinery, electric drive, hydraulic transmission, etc. Plus the 2020 Asia Logistics Exhibition, 2020 Shanghai International Compressor Show and other concurrent exhibitions, FBC exhibitors, together with more than 2,000 companies that are mainly Chinese parts and components makers, participated in the exhibitions, attracting professional visitors from many industries.
In this Shanghai FBC, we focused on display of gear products, door lock products, S-BEAR material-related products, and reducer products. Many enterprises showed their interests in these products. This exhibition attracted more people than any other ones held to date this year.
We received approximately 55 enterprises at this exhibition, of which 15 had the intention of purchasing our products. Customers were mainly those in automobile and motor sectors, and products such as gears and insert molding ones were more inquired. Via this exhibition, we could accumulate some resources for new customer development.

On Friday, October 30, 2020, the Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held in the meeting room of the Company. Total 21 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of six groups recommended to attend this release meeting.
After the release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to the Production Section 2 of the Fine Chemical Department, the second prize goes to the Logistics Section of Fine Chemical and the third prize goes to the Mold Development Section. Finally, both the general manager and deputy general manager made their comments on the release of this small group improvement event: the small group improvement event is a link in fostering of people to become talented ones, in a move to better gather the strength of the departments and effectively improve the problems therein to achieve the goal of improving the ability of all the employees of the Company, and they expected that the next year's small group level would be further improved.

From October 11 to 13, 2020, the 2020 Guangzhou International Automobile Parts and Aftermarket Exhibition, the AAG Auto Aftermarket in Guangzhou, sponsored by China National Machinery Industry Corporation, was held in the Poly World Trade Expo Center, with approximately 1028 enterprises attended and more than 3,500 people visited.
Under the current work of epidemic prevention and control becoming normalized, AAG, as the first exhibition in the automotive aftermarket industry in South China, plays an active role in industry technology exchanges and as a platform for comprehensive commercial trade to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and inject vitality into the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade.
We focused on the exhibition of automotive parts, such as seat belts, door locks and various gear products as well as the products of S-BEAR material and reducer products that are both being promoted by the Company now. Customers tended to have more inquiries about door locks and gear products. During the exhibition, we received a total of 39 enterprises, of which nine showed their intention, mainly in the fields of automobiles and electrical appliances, and they will be contacted and confirmed subsequently. Some other enterprises are mainly about auto after-sales, and the orders from these enterprises are expected to be small, so we can screen and pay visits later. This exhibition is the first exhibition in Guangzhou concerning automotive after-sales. We hope to seize the development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and find more quality customers.

Four training sessions were held in July, August, and October for Starlite employees at different levels, pursuant to the Company’s annual education and training plan, in order to cultivate next-generation talented people. The training subjects were corporate values, SDGS, communication & exchange of logic thinking, and problem analysis & solution. During the training process, the participants gained a deeper understanding of what trained through the interaction between the team members and teachers and via their review of the said subjects together. FBC Guangdong 2020 Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industry Exhibition in Nanhai was held at Qiaoshan Cultural Center from September 23 to 24, 2020, with a total of 182 enterprises presented and more than 2,200 people attended.
This time we exhibited related precision parts in the automotive industry and OA industry, such as gears, worms, etc., as well as insert molding products, and focused on parts of the S-BEAR material. During the period, many visitors showed more interesting in precision products, such as: Shenzhen Toshiba inquired about copier parts; Dalian Suzuki Grinding Trading Co., Ltd. inquired about gear parts; Factem Machinery (Shanghai) Ltd., inquired about automation gears and roller parts. During this period, we had business cards exchanged with those visitors, with an intention to contact with each other for further discussions.
In two days, we received more than 25 enterprises, of which, five showed their intention of purchasing our products, concerning OA, auto and new energy fields.
Subsequently Business will pay in-depth visits to key customers, striving to obtain their orders for the products in new fields, making our contributions to all walks of life, and creating a company that can move the world.

The seventeenth donation ceremony dubbed “Respect the Nature, Love People, Philanthropic Starlite” was held on the morning of August 29, 2020. The money from this donation is for building three pavilions where sanitation workers can have a break during their work, sending more care and love to them.
At the donation ceremony, the board chairman of Starlite sent a message: “Today, through this donation activity, we can contribute a little bit to the development of the local society. I am very proud to have such an opportunity. I hope that this contribution is able to have an aid to the local sanitation work and improve the working environment of such people as those engaging in the collection and handling of garbage and waste.
