On the basis of the first training held in June, the second training in 2023 of next generation employees was held in Wuxi from September 21 to 22, 2013. This training was lectured by the general manager, the heads of various business departments, and professional and technical personnel. The topics were mainly aimed at training in business-skill improvement. From the introduction of the raw materials, molds, injection molding, quality assurance, processing technology, procurement and other aspects used by the company, the lecture let everyone realize the importance of mastering professional business skills in order to enhance competitiveness, and while at the same time, allowed them to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company's materials and products. The Fifth Summer Festival held on the company’s lawn on the evening of July 28, 2023. Firstly, the passionate and joyful summer night was opened with jazz dance. The board chairman who was far away in Japan also sent cordial greetings to all the employees via video. He still remembered their extraordinary efforts and unity during the lockdown in April last year, believing that through the efforts of all of them, Starlite can get through the sluggish economic cycle.
Subsequently, the general manager gave an enthusiastic speech, expressing deep gratitude to all employees for their hard work and summarizing the company's development achievements in recent years, in particular the significant improvement in value-added productivity, which further enhanced starlite’s competitiveness in the market. At the beginning of 2022, the new coronavirus pandemic raged wildly in Suzhou and Shanghai. In April, the Kunshan area was almost completely shut down for production and work. The access to and from the Kunshan area was strictly controlled. Under these extreme conditions, Starlite overcame many difficulties and made great efforts in delivering its products to China Ai’san Group to ensure that the latter did not cause Toyota Motor to shut down. And in the subsequent resumption of work and production, the quality of our products and delivery periods thereof are stable to meet their requirements.

Four freshman students (majoring in industrial engineering) from Nanjing University need to learn some good management, production improvement and 5S content of excellent enterprises due to the requirements of their curriculum. Therefore, they paid a visit to the Company at 13:30 on the afternoon of April 30. The Company's HR manager, the Fine Chemical Department’s deputy chief, and the technology section’s manager received them and made some explanations. Firstly, they watched the Company’s VCR footage to get to know the Company’s products and its corporate culture of “Respect the Nature and Love People”. Follow-up on-site visits were paid to the workshops of Fine Mold Development, Quality Assurance, Fine Chemical Section 1, Fine Chemical Section 1 and High-Performance Product from the perspective of product design, production process, quality inspect and delivery process.

10th Blood Donation Event
As a member of actively practicing social responsibility, at eight o'clock on the morning of April 21, 2023, Starlite ushered in the “Tenth Blood Donation Event”. This blood donation activity was also strongly supported by Kunshan Blood Station. On the day of blood donation, the blood donation truck and staff arrived at the Company early, waiting for our employees to arrive one after another, ready to start the work at any time!
The registration and various pre-preparations for this blood donation event started in early March. There was a total of 60 applicants, and there were 10 people who directly participated in the blood donation on site. After the registration inquiry and blood test before the blood donation, 42 donors successfully donate their blood, with a total blood donation volume of 11,300 ml! Among the successful blood donors this time, there were five (5) new employees and one (1) Japanese stationed at the Company. We should express our gratitude and sincere admiration for their unpaid dedication!
In addition, in order to thank all employees for their active participation in the blood donation activity, the Company also carefully prepared commemorative gifts, which were favored and praised by the Company's employees. 14Th Cherry Blossom Festival Grandiosely Held in Zhoushi Town
On the morning of March 2, 2024, the 14Th Cherry Blossom Festival dubbed “Leading the Industry and New City Paradigm” was held as scheduled. The 31st Western Manufacturing and Eurasia Industry Expo was held in Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from March 16 to 19, 2023. As the first international professional exhibition in Xi'an certified by the Global Exhibition Industry Association (UFI), adhering to the theme of “high-quality development of industry”, the Expo had metal cutting machine tools, laser cutting, visual measurement equipment, industrial automation and robots, intelligent equipment and precision components, power transmission and fluid hydraulics, intelligent logistics, aviation and aerospace, hydrogen energy devices, etc. displayed.
In line with the needs at the exhibitions in the western region, Starlite focused on the display of our products and components like resin friction plates for motors, resin bearing products for replacement of metal bearings, and high-precision bearings. Visiting customers were greatly interested in both our products and materials.
Although this exhibition was held in the west, vendors were enthusiastic to proactively explore business opportunities after the epidemic was over, and there was a massive flow of people. In the exhibition, we communicated with a total of 35 enterprises, of which 17 were confirmed as key potential ones for further development. The twenty second session of Expo of Zhejiang (Hangzhou) Equipment Manufacturing Industry was held at Hangzhou International Expo Center from March 8-11, 2023, covering modern industrial high technology and equipment such as CNC machine tools, mold sector, industrial automation robots, and plastic machinery, among others. This was the first time for the Company to attend such kind of exhibitions, so we actively prepared exhibits.
We focused on the display of sealing rings for new energy compressors, resin friction plates for motors, resin bearing products for replacement of metal bearings, and reducer-related parts. These are the key areas of our product development.
The number of visitors was very impressive although the overall scale of the exhibition is not large. During the exhibition, we received and communicated with visitors from a total of 31 companies, of which nine are to be confirmed for subsequent development. In the future, we will successively participate in exhibitions in different regions and industries, in a move to find more new customers for Starlite.

Exhibition Report of 2023 Shenzhen Frankfurt Auto Parts and Accessories
The 2023 Shenzhen Frankfurt Auto Parts and Accessories Exhibition was held from February 14 to 18, 2023 at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. This is also the first time the exhibition was held in Shenzhen. In 2023, China’s new energy vehicle production and sales would continue to maintain a momentum of rapid growth and it is imperative and unavoidable for the global automotive industry heading towards electrification transformation and development. Therefore, we have also actively participated in this exhibition in a targeted manner.
The exhibition focuses on such areas as the new ecology of intelligent networking, the “dual-carbon” strategy, the industrial chain and suppliers, covering seven major sectors: such as automotive parts and components; electronics and intelligent networking; way of travel in the future; automotive supplies, modification, diagnosis and repair/body and spraying, tires and wheels.
Particularly for this exhibition and in line with our future business direction, in addition to showing ordinary auto parts, we also specially displayed relevant components of the new energy automobile industry, such as new energy compressor seals, LED light switching-rod gears and other related components, as well as robot-related resin reducers, injection molded brake friction pads, etc., hoping to attract customers in new fields.
This exhibition is the first one after the epidemic was relieved. There was much increased number of exhibitors compared to that in the period of the epidemic. During this exhibition, we received a total of 53 enterprises, of which 17 are to be followed up as key potential. The attendance of this exhibition is a good start for our business development in 2023. The 2023 congratulatory ceremony was held at the Company on January 29. The recitation of “Starlite Heart” kicked off this year's New Year Celebration ceremony, full of sense of ritual.
The chairman far away in Japan, also expressed his Chinese New Year greetings to all of the employees via video, and he was deeply proud that the Company could still achieve the annual profit target in 2022 in spite of the epidemic lockdown in April and the rapid expansion of infections after the gradual liberalization at the end of December, thanks to all the employees working together to overcome such great difficulties, and he expressed his sincere gratitude to all the employees. The chairman also looked forward to 2023, which is the year of Guimao in Chinese lunar calendar system, meaning that previous efforts are beginning to bear fruit. On Monday, November 28, 2022, the 2022 Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held. There were a total of 17 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event at the beginning of this year. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of seven groups were recommended to attend this company-level release meeting.
Before the official release, Mr. XU, deputy general manager of the company made an opening speech, congratulating that the 7 groups were able to stand out and participate in the finals, and affirming that through their joint efforts, the overall level of the small group improvement event had been improved. Following the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize went to the Mold Development Dept., the second prize went to Section 2 of the Finance & IT Planning and the third prize went to the Production Section 2 of High-performance Product Department. Finally, the general manager made detailed comments on each of the groups: the level of the small group improvement event had been improved, especially in the choices of topics, concerning cost improvement, quality improvement and others.
