In line with the requirements of the Company’s operation policy, the company accelerates the cultivation of and guarantees the next generation of management officers and core technical personnel to ensure sustainable development.

On the basis of the first training held in June, the second training in 2023 of next generation employees was held in Wuxi from September 21 to 22, 2013. This training was lectured by the general manager, the heads of various business departments, and professional and technical personnel. The topics were mainly aimed at training in business-skill improvement. From the introduction of the raw materials, molds, injection molding, quality assurance, processing technology, procurement and other aspects used by the company, the lecture let everyone realize the importance of mastering professional business skills in order to enhance competitiveness, and while at the same time, allowed them to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company's materials and products. Especially the general manager, in his final summary, gave detailed instructions on how to improve one’s charisma. It is believed that through the 2-day training, all have clearer ideas and goals on how to improve themselves and become highly qualified technical or management talented ones at Starlite, which stimulates the quick growth of the next generation of talented people.
