On the afternoon of January 6, 2020, Starlite’s Policy Release Meeting was convened as scheduled, with all the employees having the L, E and above positions attended.

At this release meeting, firstly the General Manager released the Company’s policy for this year. The GM had a simple review of the operation performance in 2019. The Company reached its profit goal and obtained a good operation result in 2019. He made a detailed description for the operation objectives, operation policy, safety policy and quality policy of the Company in 2020. In 2020, the Company will strive to maintain its existing market share, while at the same time, will make its sales strategy deployment, establish the future products development group, and develop new markets in the robots and visual industries. Under the more severe operation situation in the future, these are still focuses that are “carrying out ‘manufacturing innovation’” and “cultivating talented people with ‘reform awareness’”.

Subsequently, the deputy general manager and the business department chiefs made respective releases regarding the guidelines for their departments. Centering on the company-wide policy, the company's management goals for 2020 have been implemented layer by layer, and quantitative targets have been proposed for improving productivity and quality. Each business department is full of confidence in the achievement of the new-year goals!
