On Friday, October 27, 2023, the Final Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event 2023 was held. There was a total of 16 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event at the beginning of this year. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at various business departments, a total of seven groups was recommended to attend this company-level final release meeting.

Before the official release, Mr. XU, deputy general manager of the company made an opening speech, congratulating that seven groups were able to stand out and participate in the finals. He affirmed that through joint efforts of everybody, the overall level of the small group improvement event had been improved. Through the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to Section 2 of Fine Chemical Production, the second prize to HR and the third prize to Section 2 of High-performance Production. Finally, General Manager made detailed comments on groups, and explained that the topic selection is very important, requiring department heads to participate together and provide their guidance. He expected them to achieve better performance in the next year.
