This year’s first session of outward bound event for new employees was held by Starlite at Outward Bound Base, Yangchenghu Lake, Bacheng Town on Saturday, June 2, 2018, with a total of 33 participants being those enrolled from November 2017 to April 2018.

Through this event, communication between and among new employees is strengthened and the team’s cohesion is enhanced. All the people deeply understood the importance of teamwork and synergy - success belongs to every member of a team, which is difficult to attain without the collaboration and joint efforts of all the team members.
