Four freshman students (majoring in industrial engineering) from Nanjing University need to learn some good management, production improvement and 5S content of excellent enterprises due to the requirements of their curriculum. Therefore, they paid a visit to the Company at 13:30 on the afternoon of April 30. The Company's HR manager, the Fine Chemical Department’s deputy chief, and the technology section’s manager received them and made some explanations. Firstly, they watched the Company’s VCR footage to get to know the Company’s products and its corporate culture of “Respect the Nature and Love People”. Follow-up on-site visits were paid to the workshops of Fine Mold Development, Quality Assurance, Fine Chemical Section 1, Fine Chemical Section 1 and High-Performance Product from the perspective of product design, production process, quality inspect and delivery process.

The four students are very grateful for the learning opportunities offered by the Company. They are deeply impressed by the Company’s automation improvement, 5S and visible management. At the same time, the students also wish and hope the Company have an ever-better future in the next 30 years, 60 years, and even longer time subsequent to its 30th anniversary.
