On Friday, October 30, 2020, the Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held in the meeting room of the Company. Total 21 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of six groups recommended to attend this release meeting.
After the release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to the Production Section 2 of the Fine Chemical Department, the second prize goes to the Logistics Section of Fine Chemical and the third prize goes to the Mold Development Section. Finally, both the general manager and deputy general manager made their comments on the release of this small group improvement event: the small group improvement event is a link in fostering of people to become talented ones, in a move to better gather the strength of the departments and effectively improve the problems therein to achieve the goal of improving the ability of all the employees of the Company, and they expected that the next year's small group level would be further improved.

From October 11 to 13, 2020, the 2020 Guangzhou International Automobile Parts and Aftermarket Exhibition, the AAG Auto Aftermarket in Guangzhou, sponsored by China National Machinery Industry Corporation, was held in the Poly World Trade Expo Center, with approximately 1028 enterprises attended and more than 3,500 people visited.
Under the current work of epidemic prevention and control becoming normalized, AAG, as the first exhibition in the automotive aftermarket industry in South China, plays an active role in industry technology exchanges and as a platform for comprehensive commercial trade to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and inject vitality into the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade.
We focused on the exhibition of automotive parts, such as seat belts, door locks and various gear products as well as the products of S-BEAR material and reducer products that are both being promoted by the Company now. Customers tended to have more inquiries about door locks and gear products. During the exhibition, we received a total of 39 enterprises, of which nine showed their intention, mainly in the fields of automobiles and electrical appliances, and they will be contacted and confirmed subsequently. Some other enterprises are mainly about auto after-sales, and the orders from these enterprises are expected to be small, so we can screen and pay visits later. This exhibition is the first exhibition in Guangzhou concerning automotive after-sales. We hope to seize the development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and find more quality customers.

Four training sessions were held in July, August, and October for Starlite employees at different levels, pursuant to the Company’s annual education and training plan, in order to cultivate next-generation talented people. The training subjects were corporate values, SDGS, communication & exchange of logic thinking, and problem analysis & solution. During the training process, the participants gained a deeper understanding of what trained through the interaction between the team members and teachers and via their review of the said subjects together. FBC Guangdong 2020 Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industry Exhibition in Nanhai was held at Qiaoshan Cultural Center from September 23 to 24, 2020, with a total of 182 enterprises presented and more than 2,200 people attended.
This time we exhibited related precision parts in the automotive industry and OA industry, such as gears, worms, etc., as well as insert molding products, and focused on parts of the S-BEAR material. During the period, many visitors showed more interesting in precision products, such as: Shenzhen Toshiba inquired about copier parts; Dalian Suzuki Grinding Trading Co., Ltd. inquired about gear parts; Factem Machinery (Shanghai) Ltd., inquired about automation gears and roller parts. During this period, we had business cards exchanged with those visitors, with an intention to contact with each other for further discussions.
In two days, we received more than 25 enterprises, of which, five showed their intention of purchasing our products, concerning OA, auto and new energy fields.
Subsequently Business will pay in-depth visits to key customers, striving to obtain their orders for the products in new fields, making our contributions to all walks of life, and creating a company that can move the world.

The seventeenth donation ceremony dubbed “Respect the Nature, Love People, Philanthropic Starlite” was held on the morning of August 29, 2020. The money from this donation is for building three pavilions where sanitation workers can have a break during their work, sending more care and love to them.
